- Only products purchased on www.pataraskinco.com may be returned for a refund.
- We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refunds
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you package the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
- We cannot accept nearly empty containers, or containers filled or tampered with other creams for refund.
- We can not accept partial returns for bundle sets. You must return the complete set for a refund.
- We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.

Your happiness is our highest priority. Skincare is very personal so it is important that we offer you have support on your skincare journey.
Results will vary greatly from person to person - depending on the product, length of use, individual body reaction and whether you follow the instructions provided. Our products require long-term use to see real products.
We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at hello@pataraskinco.com with any issues so we can rectify the issue and solve the problem as best as we can.
PATARA SKIN does not provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully.
Given that we offer free shipping, we are unable to offer you change of mind returns, however, if there are issues such as shipping damages, delivery of incorrect goods or an allergy then we can help you.
DAMAGED FROM SHIPPING
If your item is damaged from shipping then we can provide a refund if the faulty items are returned within 7 days of receiving the damaged product. The refund will only be processed if the items are returned in their original state -including packaging material, manuals and instructions and all accessories -we cannot offer a refund if only partial items are returned. If this has happened, please take a photo of the damage, and email us hello@pataraskinco.com with the photo and your order number.
ALLERGIC REACTIONS
In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction, and email us at hello@pataraskinco.com with the photo and your order number, and discontinue use of the product immediately.
If you have known skin allergies, we suggest consulting your GP or testing the mask on a small patch of skin either inside of your elbow or behind your ear.
We will be happy to refund you as long as you provide us photos of your reaction
INCORRECT GOODS
Importantly it is always the customer’s responsibility to review the goods received prior to their opening. Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be returned for re-supply or credit if the goods are unopened & in their original condition. If you have received incorrect goods then please take a photo of the reaction, and email us hello@pataraskinco.com with the photo and your order number.
